I think the message in this song is an existential realization that too few reach.

Excellent. I didn’t appreciate this song until later in life. You’re very talented and played that to (too?) perfection. Looking forward to weeding through your other covers. Cheers from FL.

Whats the harmonic part that repeats in the second half of the chorus. Its not standard

I used to be bored by this song every weekend when playing THPS, but guess what now it sounded "not the same" anymore, I cried and miss my childhood

My favorite Blink song because of the breakdown towards the end of the song. Their attempt at a hardcore breakdown is an epic pop punk breakdown.

Definitely, underrated track IMO. Cheers 🍻

I have to say again, respect for nailing the ending so accurately. Also love how you were able to use the first chorus to show the lead and the 2nd to show the rhythm. Really amazing work you put into your videos man, keep it up!🤘🏻

Thank you for the comment and for catching the little nuisances I put into my videos. This was such a fun song to learn, it’s my favorite of the album after Duckpond. Cheers 🍻

Sounds way too twangy with the tele. Needs a strat with an Invader dude
@90sPunkRockCovers13 күн бұрын
Maybe so, but I'm pretty sure Enema was recorded mostly with a P90 equipped Telecaster and a Gibson Les Paul Junior Special DC with P90's from the 70's, which was part of the late Jerry Finns studio gear.

Was just out today with my original monochrom. It’s not as technically advanced as the 246, but does the job with a bit of character - that advance sound is endearing, CCD sensor (replaced updated), 18mp is plenty enough for even very large prints, and it’s just fun to use with an ‘endless roll of B&W’ with a very flexible DNG file that is not overwhelming in size.
@90sPunkRockCovers23 күн бұрын
Nice. I haven't tried an OG Monochrom but everything I've seen and read says its an amazing camera. I would like to try one someday. Cheers 🍻

Hey Man. I bought a BJA LP too. Doesn't it suffer from tuning stability issues like all gibsons? Is there a solution? Or is this the truth of any gibson you buy?
@90sPunkRockCovers23 күн бұрын
Juniors have intonation issues due to the wraparound tail piece. Get yourself a compensated bridge and you should be OK.

Hi man! Do you know how I can achieve the signature Bodyjar guitar tone? What kind of effects does their guitarist use? Thanks!
@90sPunkRockCovers25 күн бұрын
Probably a Les Paul through a Marshall. Not sure what they are using these days live, I remember their guitar player using a Soldano Hot Rod many years ago. As far as effects, I have no idea. Most of the effects you hear is whatever they used in the studio.

Just a compensated Junior style bridge. Good luck finding one, I don't think he is in business anymore, I think.
