Regarding the prayer at the end, Because it was for the benefit of an audience that had never heard the recitation of the Lotus Sutra before, we made the decision to ONLY do the final prayers for the Deceased and for world peace. This is why if you want to do gongyo along with the video, please do not follow the end after the daimoku and do your prayers as you would do them in the Liturgy of the Lotus Sutra Gongyo book. @@MyErnieL Thank you is not enough for your efforts in accomplishing World Peace. It was incredible! This MDM chanted in Japanese not American for there are "R's in Asian Languages. Please continue doing wonderful efforts to encourage many times more than you've accomplished it's still my favorite way to share this practice. They ALL wore the same T-Shirt 👕 like uniform, no Beads & ALL Standing like I said Before. I'm going to forward to a WDM in the Valley of California, she has a News Letter that goes to a lot of members ALL over. 🙏🙏🙏 A special Daimoku to you & yours as a thank you when I do GONGYO as often as I can w/this Members as I am recovering from 8 Microspic Surgeries.

The middle part aka Section 2 or the middle part of the gongyo was the best part to me, and I will never understand why they took that part out. If they were going to reduce the gongyo time, they could have at least left it to one full gongyo recitation. It was not very wise to take the middle part out all together, and I still do it but hardly anyone now is able to or knows how to anymore. It's a very bad, bad decision in my humble opinion.
