I never watched this during my first Undertale phase, but I L O V E Blue’s logic towards the end about being friendly towards Error. I was rolling my eyes SO HARD at first because he was so angry and then suddenly happy-go-lucky after hearing Error do his spiel. I saw so many interpretations of Papyrus (and Swap!Sans) being annoyingly optimistic with little nuance, that I expected the same thing here. Yet, when his logic was revealed at the end, I was SO impressed with how realistic yet cautiously optimistic it was! It shows that resilience, optimism, righteous anger, and being cleverly manipulative can be all be in such a short interaction!!! This is my favorite version of Swap!Sans and many Papyrus versions by FAR!
