I am auntie Midi (your mom's good friend). It is so nice to have chance to see your great art works. Thanks for sharing. It impressed me. Your ideas is also touching me. To keep our tangible memories through the artistic ways - so beautiful. Nowadays, not many people will treasure the old days - it already past and no value at all. Actually, what we are now are made up from the past. Without past and will not have future. Thank you.

What you say is absolutely right. Most governments all over the world have done too little, too late in preserving the trees and other endangered living things; instead of doing so, thousands of hectares of forest are destroyed each year. Many endangered species could not escape extinction because too few conservation areas are reserved for endangered species. A very good example is the disappearance of the estuaries and their associated mangrove swamps in Tai Pak and Yi Pak villages, Lantau Island to make way for the development of Discovery Bay in early 80s and 90s. Another very good example is the Penny's Bay (Chok Ko Wan) where the shipyard-turned Hong Kong Disneyland is located, the ecology was permanently and irreversibly damaged because most of the estuary concerned had been destroyed!
