What came first the chicken or the egg question can not be solved by the scientific method. Why? this experiment is subject to observation and using a control group to determine any results, etc. Capable humans need to invent a time machine. Ironically, one would need a time machine and travel to the past to find out how this life form came into existence. Some problems or questions can't be solved by reasoning alone.

I feel like that is still a lot. As of 2024 the constitution has been around for 237 years so that’s roughly every 9 years it’s gotten an amendment. Altho this may not be terribly excessive still seems quiet often. I just went through all 27 amendments; they have all been very useful or meaningful amendments so that’s good to know. Not anything silly or careless.

I think you people need to study how the different forms of government actually work, then try again! I realize none of you understands that the problem was not representation, it was how a democracy works. In a democracy all the States are equal regardless of size, wealth or population. The representation each State was required served 2 purposes, to specify what constitutes that a State was present to form a quorum, meaning each State was required to have 2 to 7 delegates, and there must be 9 States present to form a quorum, to be counted towards the quorum all 9 States must have 2 representatives present, States with 1 representative could still participate in Congress as equals, but to ensure that enough States were present to discuss the matter, there must be 9 States with at least 2 representatives present. The purpose of the quorum is to “put” the questions, deliberate the questions, and agree how to resolve the questions, then once their is a resolution to the question, then the States determine the question by vote, 1 vote per State, and a majority of the States is necessary to concur with the agreement that was agreed to in the quorum. Having more representatives does nothing to change this process of identification and determination. Proportional representation in a simple republic does nothing, because an exact representation of ALL THE PEOPLE must be made and no State would have control over that representation, therefore no advantage to the large States where more representatives come from. Proportional representation in a confederated republic without a Senate is a different story, because in that scenario the large States have more representatives and more suffrage to reach a majority consensus, so at that time as few as 4 States could form a majority consensus to pass any measure. This would completely disadvantage the other 9 States, today our 9 largest States could form a majority consensus in a confederated republic without a Senate. But a confederated republic with a Senate, a democratic assembly of the States as the Union, balances that legislative process, where the 9 States can still form, a majority in the House through their proportional suffrage, but when those measures are transmitted to the Senate for concurrence, there are 41 States to reject those measures and return them to the House for reconsideration along with amendments to advise the 9 largest States in the House what would be necessary for the concurrence of the 41 smaller States in the Senate. This iterative process continues until there is concurrence in both the House and the Senate, this is legislative checks and balances. This was the compromise, people like Jefferson didn’t want the Senate, because he believed that his State, one of the largest, should have the right to make the decisions, and the antifederalist believed that the senate was necessary, either alone as it was established by the Articles of Confederation, or with the power of concurrence in a confederated republic. That’s how they balanced the power of the small states in a democracy and the large States in a republic.

Weed is not addictive. MDMA is not addictive Mushrooms are not addictive. You cannot overdose on any of these. "Methmouth" and tooth decay associated with the use of stimulants is NOT a side-effect of the drug, but rather the user forgetting basic hygiene while they are high. Meth, Coke, Heroine, and Alcohol can cause brain damage and are all highly addictive. Antisocial Personality Disorder is a PERSONALITY disorder and is not "caused" by something as simple as drug use. Correlation is not causation and there is no conclusive evidence that ANY drug *causes* ANY personality disorder, but there is evidence that those people who are ALREADY suffering from ASPD are more likely to engage in ANY type of addictive drug use. Weed, and psychedelic drugs like MDMA, LSD, and 'Shrooms, do NOT cause brain damage. Those who experience psychosis can be triggered into an episode, but this is true for ANY mind-altering substance and is not exclusive to psychedelic substances. This video is entirely a bunch of D.A.R.E era anti-drug propaganda with only enough truth sprinkled in to keep people afraid of things that should be understood rather than feared.
