I think the Graff Pink Diamond in your other videos look better than this one. This is about twice as big, but it doesn't have much color. And I guess it looks ridiculously too big to me as a ring, and maybe as anything else by that matter.

Hey there! Sounds like you got the ‘legend vs. reality’ tour! 😂 The Ching Ming Festival is definitely still celebrated, but like with any tradition, it can vary from person to person and place to place! Some folks may keep things low-key, while others go all out with family picnics and incense at the gravesites. So, your friend might have been giving you the ‘modern edition’ of the festival - kind of like the holiday version of a remix! 🎶 Thanks for sharing that, though! If you ever join a Tomb-Sweeping party, bring some snacks; I hear the ancestors appreciate a good treat too! 😉"

@Just-Keep-Watching
@Just-Keep-Watching 18 күн бұрын
Great question! The Wood's cycad is often called a 'living fossil' because its origins trace back over 250 million years-way before the dinosaurs! It was thought to be extinct in the wild until one was rediscovered in the early 1900s. So, this tree is not just ancient, but also incredibly rare.

Most experts think it'll be gone by 2050. Timber speculators slash and burn for raising livestock. If you really want to see what's happening in South America look at an old satellite photo from the '70s and one That's current. You will be shocked at the change especially in Venezuela Colombia not area Brazil.
@Just-Keep-Watching

That’s a powerful and sobering point. The rate of deforestation over the decades is truly alarming, especially when you compare satellite images like you mentioned. It’s heartbreaking to see the Amazon shrinking, not just in Brazil but across South America. Raising awareness about this issue is so important-hopefully, with more focus on sustainable practices and reforestation, we can slow down or even reverse some of the damage. Thanks for sharing this vital insight!

You’re right-deforestation and human activity have taken a serious toll on the Amazon. But even with these challenges, the rainforest still plays a crucial role in regulating our planet’s climate. It’s a reminder of how important it is to protect and restore this incredible ecosystem. Let’s hope for a future where the Amazon can thrive once more. Thanks for raising awareness!

I think I saw a very old program with 10 in it. I didn't know Franklin Trees were extinct in the wild, I have only heard of them being sold online. I know 3 and 1 make headlines when they bloom in public gardens around the world, especially 1, they even have cameras broadcasting it blooming 24/7 online so people can look at it wherever they are in the world.

Wow, you’ve got a great eye for rare plants! 🌿🌸 The Kadupul Flower has definitely popped up in some older programs - its fleeting bloom makes it unforgettable, right? And yeah, the Franklin Tree's extinction in the wild is a bit of a mystery, but it's still thriving in the garden world, which is awesome. As for the Titan Arum, it's definitely a celebrity in the plant world! 😂 The 24/7 live streams of its bloom are always a hit, especially with that, um… unforgettable fragrance! 💀

Wow, kudos to you for braving Death Valley in August-now that is an adventure! 🌞 As for the cold places, I hear you-getting frozen solid doesn't sound like my kind of vacation either. 😅 But there's definitely something fascinating about the hot spots like Snake Island and the Amazon... just the right mix of danger and wonder! The Anna's hummingbird survives the sub zero nights by going into _'torpor'_ which is a type of hibernation. I've got to rotate several feeders because they freeze up so quickly. But it's a labor of love. They actually fly to my window and hover when the food is getting too hard for them to get out of the feeder. They barely give me time to hang the next one, hovering within feet as they wait. Pretty cool! (no pun intended)

Haha, you’re onto something! Asia and Europe splitting up is like when a band with way too many members decides to go solo - you're like, ‘Wait, weren’t you basically playing the same song anyway?’ Sure, Portugal and Japan are worlds apart, but it’s like comparing sushi to a pastel de nata (delicious, by the way) - they both leave you full but in very different ways! Meanwhile, Russia, India, and Saudi Arabia are in their own musical genre entirely, jamming to their unique tunes. So, maybe they should all just form a supergroup called...
