This recipe is a 100% keeper! I've had authentic Thai chicken liver but have never made it myself. Today I did, and it was the best I've ever had! My daughter 1/2 Thai loved it too. I didn't have the green chilli so replaced it with a sweet red chilli, and I didn't add sugar but it was absolutely delicious! 👍👍👍

Ton yum gai version we use tamarind and tomato. Tom yum goong we use lime and tom yum pla is the same.

This is a CAMBODIAN dessert (Coconut Sticky Rice with Banana). My 75 years old Cambodian grandma make this timeless Cambodian dessert all the time. She like to add black bean on it. I love the grill version as well. One of my favorite snacks.
