Yes, please pray for our Sunday School. We have a unique set of problems. We have single parents whose children go back and forth between parents but only one parent brings them to church. We also have children whose parents have different beliefs in other gods, but they are allowed to come to Sunday School whenever the parents choose to let them come. We also have parents who only allow one teacher to teach their children otherwise they don't want to send their children. We have one family that brings their children as normal, but since their dad works overnight, they don't come consistently. Needless to say, I can have no children up to 30 children ages 4 to 5th (sometimes 6th) grade, depending on the week. 😢

Thank you for this. I agree with everything! It would also be good to invest more in the team leaders, equip them to minister to their team members (Eph. 4:12). As ministry head, you can't do it all yourself. Jesus taught the crowd but mentored his disciples closely, and they were the ones who went to the ends of the earth. It would be more manageable for you, while your team leaders grow in their leadership and are able to more closely minister to their team. We had over a thousand volunteers prepandemic and if it were not for our faithful and amazing team leaders, our ministry would crumble and the staff would break down from stress :D
