Thanks for the upload! I think the judge should have cleared the 'strip' on the ground when both rikishi, Hokutofuji and Mesei were stamdomg still. I noticed that Mesei stepped on his strip and made a slippery step. What a pity!

Welcome back Don Don and thank you very much. Pity that Terunofuji cannot compete this basho, hope he is fit for the new year. Great bout between Hokutofuji and Meisei and nice swing down victory. Hokutofuji looking fit and ready to take on everybody. Wakatakakage winning his big bout today, very happy for him. Keep it going. It would be nice for an ozeki to win the basho to start a yokozuna run, all winning so far. Nice non highlight wins for Sadanoumi and Mitakeumi also.

Thanks Don Don. It is juryo time. Nice smart win by Nabatame. If he can fight like that for the rest of the basho, he should stay in juryo. Does he have the stamina, though? Aonishiki looking better than Nabatame though. He is strong but also quick. He will need to be quick and clever to beat the heavyweights of juryo but I reckon he can do it. Hakuoho still does not look 100% fit sadly but he is such a brave battler. Hopefully, he gets back to the top division very soon. Nice non highlight wins for Kitanowaka and Kinbozan also.
