Apt topic for the present day. I always had this question in mind. Got an answer from Sir's explanation. The best way to keep ourselves positive is to begin and end our days with something positive, meditate, listen to some positive talks instead of reading newspaper or listening to the news.

This can even be done at higher levels of education and the work places. If one can be taught such things irrespective of one's age or no matter what the stage of life he or she is, it's a great achievement. ' Better late than never'. So you shud be able to face yourself & say it's ok if you don't do that cos you don't believe in those norms. It is difficult I suppose so. We shudnt feel guilty when we break such norms.
