it was a refreshing emotional moment to see this documentary again. Thank you Sam Halstead for sending me the tape few years ago... All these vibrant colors and personal interpretations of the bible or historical events are so powerful and meaningful. I saw many when traveling in Germany but to see them individually with no other distraction is a real gift.

This film should be protected by the German Culture Ministry, it is an essential record of German stained glass development in the 20th century.
