I see it says you had wrist surgery, but if you are physically able to keep your hand underneath the ball a little bit more, allows you to get a tad bet more power and revs on the ball. Your hand stays a little bit over the top which kinda forces you to push the ball instead of rolling it

Ty for the tip! I’m trying it more each time I bowl and I’m seeing progress. I’d say my wrist is about half way to where I could bend it before the injury
