I kept trying the inverter itself then found the button that switch outlet box and it worked. Past vehicles it was just the inverter no switch box.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY A VOLT METER!! NEVER USE A TEST LIGHT ON NEWER TRUCKS BC YOU WILL CREATE FAULT CODES DUE TO THE DRAW ON A CIRCUIT FROM THE TEST LIGHT. A volt meter has its own power source.

Make sure your ELD is working. If there is no Power to ELD that's a problem with truck now.

You never remove that red plug. To add oil you remove the metal plug on top not the red one. Your oil is low. It should be on the letter L , from the work Level

I never removed that metal cup on our 100 trucks and there is no problem with that...last 5 years.
