Usually when giant fires and enormous fights brake out it's because of something big that desecrated the game. Either the referee was crooked or the team sold out the match. This is world's biggest money machine after all. Hundreds of billions or even trillions of dollars are in circulation there. It's not rare for a team the sell out a game and when that happens, the ultras let them know undoubtadly that this is not ok.

Ultras culture is something unique to Europe. In my city we host about 2-3 big matches in a year and when opposing teams are playing, the police presence is bigger than ANY political figure's viasit. Riot police, national guard, regular city police and military police are present AT ALL time. The routes to the stadiums are planned weeks in advance. There is NOTHING that beats the organization for when 2 teams with giant ultras play each other. It's basically a mini civil war and they try to keep it contained. One year somehow they managed to f-up our prime minister's visit to our city and the route he needed to take was closed off because of the fans of one of the teams were already on their way. The military police forced the PM's cordon to back off and take a different route. In America this would be similar to forcing the presidential limousine to turn around and go around, because there is a fooball match in a few miles.

The way UK fans look at US is pretty much the same we look at UK ones in Europe.
