7:02 absolutely cooking Killer as always. Never heard of Pancz before, just searched them up and apparently the company isn't around anymore but made all their plugins free!! Grabbing those for sure.

I warn you Pancz is addictive, before you know it you’ll have it on everything you make- glad you could get some free plugins out of the video though!

how did u get quanta 1? i couldnt find it anywhere since v2 came out, and i remember it not being free
@OrrinKeep5 ай бұрын
I actually got it before they released V2 and I’ve been too lazy to upgrade 😅 I have the free “demo version” and the only real restriction is not being able to save/load presets I’m pretty sure

Amazing. I finished my redesign of this ability about a week ago and it's so cool to see a different take on it. I really like the softish 'pre transient' or whatever, awesome cadence to it and makes the final hit impactful without just being a hard transient or needing more energy in the top end. The palette feels very cohesive it's extremely satisfying.

I really enjoyed the weight of your redesign, I think Destiny's abilities are great for redesigns because there are so many ways you can approach them. Always look forward to seeing your work♥

Very cool, I love adding additional wetness by dialing in a super crispy gated Waveshaper patch, then mixing it in at like 10% before a limiter. Also if you wanna try and replace the vocoders with something else, it's fun to export short wet sounds like water gurgling, and use those as a convolution verb profile instead of an IR.
@OrrinKeep5 ай бұрын
I never thought of the parallel waveshaper, thanks for the suggestion! And thanks for enjoying the video, you were the reason I started posting these in the first place☺

really high quality work! you seem to really prefer synthesized and dark sounds, which to me leave a lot of impact on the table. the sword reflects and stabs particularly could do with a ringing or scraping of metal or something to sell the material/physicality. if i was a director i would ask for more dynamic range to let the loud stuff be punctuated, but i get this is an example of sound design and not a movie lol. just my feelings on how it came across to me though. again really well done!
