I can't believe some of you want this. Having played P1 and P2, I can safely say this wouldn't have gone over well a third time. It's awful.

Watching the characters just beat the shit out of the shadows (demons more likely) with their bare hands is amazing. That kick was real smooth too. Would've loved to see this idea expanded on

Honestly, the way battle transitions happen in P3RE, I feel like Atlus is finally achieving that seamless transition they originally wanted for P3.

From this prototype we can say that Persona 3 was supposed to be more similar to Persona 1 and Persona 2. And, console limitations? I don't see anything in this CG prototype that the PS2 couldn't handle.

Interesting that Y'sK developed this game, the same company who did the 1st 2 Kenka Bancho games on PS2. I know Spike published this game after Capcom let go of it like Red Dead Revolver. I was wondering if you know what happened to Y'sK after this game. Did they go out of business? They didn't do the other Kenka Bancho games on PSP, which were done by Bullets. If you don't know, then that's fine.

How was the game received over there?
@bobrossfreak9 жыл бұрын
+Kamodomon Extremely poorly! Japan doesn't have the most sterling history of natively developed open world games in general, but it's a very infamous kusoge ("shit game") among 2chan and the like. It's the best at being the worst. c:

+Kamodomon www.twitch.tv/pepsimangb/v/15442337 There's more to see in roughly the last third of this stream archive if you're super curious, as the terribleness of this game really, really goes places, especially with the script, but I also can't recommend saving your sanity for something else highly enough, ahaha.

I talk in Japanese at points during the stream because I have Japanese viewers show up, too. The subject of discussion at the beginning of the video is a bit too complex to get into in a KZbin comment, but later on it mostly boils down to, "Holy shit this game, lol." Just to explain that bit~
