There is magic in this album, but I'm missing a lot of things. First of all, there is only a harp and there is an annoying background noise that should have been replaced by additional instruments, such as a violin, a bell, a sitar, a flute, and the calm and magical strings of a banjo, a zither, and similar folk instruments.

Okay but that black randy and the metrosquad LP is a pretty big flex

Been following Bachman for years and years and he's always keeping the AMP / fingerstyle world fresh. This strikes me as a uniquely modern take on the style, with relevant, new and "ethical" subject matter up front as opposed to the historical/cultural perspective of a lot of guitar music. This album and Axacan ooze a powerful conceptual atmosphere. Anyone looking for more, I also recommend Bachman's "Seven Pines" recording, fantastic music and its recorded beautifully. The droning strings are unreal.

Amazing. Mesmerizing both musically and visually. A beautiful expression of the angst about climate change and what will be lost. (And not to sound overly precious, but Americana music always sounds like its of the Earth to me, so it's a perfect "voice" for this.)

Nice song! But man, that right hand technique is giving me tendonitis just looking at it. Practice floating your hand or at least your ring finger! Trust me I made the shift away from anchoring like that years ago after a bout of tendonitis. Having said that I’m gonna pick up your record.
