"Lemons could be pricey..." O_o Where do you live, in Antarctica?

Kind of looks like a corn 🌽 tortilla but fluffier of course.

Went to the recipe page - appears the amount of white onion was left out of the ingredient list. Was it a half or whole white onion? Video only shows you cutting half of one. BTW - the scallions almost looked as big as leeks!

I'm making a similar dish as an appetizer. So about 1/3 the size.

You don't need to show us how to slice the entire melon. Just a bit would be enough, to make it quicker. Otherwise, thank you for the tutoria.

Oh my god I'm glad I found this. Was looking for recipes my body could tolerate so I can have tortillas. I ordered green banana flour but then came across this and made it. So good and very easy. I made a homemade pudding to fill these to turn it into a sweet treat and it was amazing. It's also cheaper as I'll use less gluten free flour, and plantains are less expensive! Next time I'll make them to go with a savory dish.

Should we follow same recipe for banana?
@mintpersonalchef Жыл бұрын
Hi Coach Hin! Bananas have a different texture so I’m not sure if it will turn out the same. It’s best to use plantains that are not completely ripe yet. Always fun to experiment though!

Wonderful recipe. I made them larger for a more moist meatball. 14 total. Added about 8 garlic cloves diced. Cooked a little longer in the pan both sides and baked for 15 minutes. Placed them in marinara sauce until bubbly. Served. My wife ate two and I ate three. 9 to go. Thanks again.

I just made these tonight. They are delicious. Thanks for the recipe! They make about two dozen meatballs if you make them about 2 ounces (45 grams) each. I skipped the frying step and went right into the oven at 375 for half an hour. It didn't seem to hurt anything.
