CFT Global Team ~ Holly Steflik and Kim Sherlock
(CFT) Craniosacral Fascial Therapy facilitates the release of accumulated strain to improve physical mobility and cognitive function. Unhindered movement of the brain, spinal cord, and fascial web are necessary for the well being of all newborns, children, and adults.
Both Kim and Holly have trained under Dr. Barry Gillespie, the founder of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. As two of Dr Gillespie's core CFT instructors, they are dedicated to spreading CFT in communities throughout the world.
The CFT Global Team provides highly interactive and engaging CFT trainings. Kim and Holly have led trainings and clinics in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Nepal, Peru, and across the United States. Collectively they have over 30 years of experience in the healing profession and have trained hundreds of people to use CFT.
