You girls are funny 😂❤ ❤ permit me add an insight in conversation. At the latter part of the follicular phase and in the luteal phase more blood goes to the clitoris, why? Women only aware of it's sexual urges/ pleasure, but the main life's function is not known! It is the clitoris, with its 10000 nerves, super function in sending strong urges to the nervous system in sending impulse commands to the muscular inner lining of the blood vessels in production of Nitric acid (gas), which is responsible for all regulations in a woman's body. Without nitric acid no healthy metabolism can take place in a woman's body. Nitric acid regulates: the gene in the fat cells that control appetite; pheromones that influence sexual desires; Prostaglandins for pain control, preventing PMS/ PMDD and the list goes on. This highlights how important nitric acid is to the possible 'luteinizing of pregnancy ' or 'luteinizing cessation of period '.

This was such an amazing watch. Thank you ladies for opening up and sharing your faith journey with us. I'm realizing that we're the generation that's willing to do the necessary work, by having these real conversations, to heal past traumas, and go back to God's way of doing things. I decided to re-dedicate my life to Christ again in January of this year (2024)...and I also took a decision to stop consuming alcohol and engaging in sex...and geez, it's been one of the toughest journey's, but yeah the guilt of sexual sin just wasn't worth it anymore...and I absolutely had to wrap it up. Thanks again for this episode. You've gained a subscriber...and hopefully one day, we'll do an episode together when the time is right. Until then, please keep going and doing stop. I feel like being a father in this day and age must be extremely challenging. Particularly because you are trying to navigate an emotionally conscious household without being given the tools or examples of such. Don’t get me wrong I’m not justifying emotionally unavailable fathers buts that’s a pretty high metric to hold for someone who does not know how to care for their very own emotions. If I was president for a day I’d make it law for all fathers to attend therapy for the gestation period of their offspring, but in SA some children are conceived by self-fertilization soooo hmmmmm

I love the saying that says "our parents took us as far as they could" because it is very true! Parents and fathers in particular cannot give what they themselves do not have and so it is very important to acknowledge that however there comes a certain period in ones life where existing with what you've been given is not enough. It is then each individuals choice to acquire more in order to give more or to remain the same. I personally think that the choice to remain the same is where the fault lies and therefore cannot see justification for something like emotional unavailability, for example. Parents need to do a better job at being self aware and continuously working at forging better relationships with their kids and that is the missing part.
