We'll... If we all live long enough!... I suppose we'll see... you'll figure out how to just push a button and all of the glass on your route will be clean! We needed a closeup of what you did so us wana-be HW coppycat window cleaners can make this newest, latest HW masterpiece! With the right water filter set... we have a waterfed scrubber, and one pass combo squeegee. I've been scrubbing dirty windows with a 14" Nylex brush and soap and rinsing with near zero filtered water using a 12" to 18" boars hair brush on a carbon fiber, Kevlar pole. I call it the "Texas Two Step". Soap can be anything from ammonia to Megiire's Wash n Wax, GG 3, ect. My hands never touch the soap. (Which is great).

@@WindowCleanerBloke No, but that's a great idea! The 14" Nylex brush fits in a 14" Ettore yellow bucket. Soap selection is determined by how dirty the windows are and 🍋 ammonia is for dirty first cleans unless we have the new e-coated glass where ammonia can not be used (newer, modern high end homes. So the coating is either on the inside glass or inside a dual panel window. (In which case ammonia can be used). So all of the outsides of e glass can be cleaned with ammonia. Gardiner battery electric sprayer or 2 gallon pump up sprayer delivers soap to the brush or on walk ups I can use the Ettore bucket and Nylex brush. In Texas they are adding ammonia to the city water and the mix with sodium hypochlorite will destroy a RO membrane in very short order. Remedy is a catalytic carbon media filter and or ready made drop in filter. 4X20 or 2.5X20. If you don't have ammonia in the water mix... then a standard activated filter carbon is sufficient to protect the RO membrane. The RO is a 4X40 HYDRON BW from Amazon in a ss canister.

The connector fittings are John Guest 1/2" and 5/16"x 1/4" npt. The flow out of the RO filter is very good from normal city water pressure compaired to the Gardiner back pack sprayer. The hose is Gardiner 5/16 lime green and I have yellow 5/16 line hose and also small diameter air hose off of the RO for the first 25' with a John Guest 5/16 push fitting. I would look to X-Line in the UK for high mod carbon poles on the higher end and on the lower end carbon poles from China. Ideally... a small X-Line molded van mounted tank, hose, hose reel where we supply our own filters mounted on the inside of the van. Because I'm pre-cleaning with soap... I use a fraction of the pure water used by other people. A TDS meter is an absolute necessity. Any amount below 10 ppm will usually produce spot free results and I like to get stay below 5 ppm. Zero is obtainable if we double RO or run the water through on a second pass.

Starting with rain water at about 10 ppm will get down to 3 ppm on a single pass. The pure water fed squeege is about as fast as it gets on semi-clean glass. ...and can replace the second brush in the Texas two step. I pioneered pure water window cleaning in 1992 using a Tucker alluminum pole and 100 psi Flowjet pump. Using filtered water from the grocery store. I was stumnified at how perfect the windows were. Previous we would clean with city water... then squeege with a second Unger alluminum pole. My 8' Unger pole has a Uni-valve inside which is great and I have several pushfit inline valves to control the water on longer poles. I use a combination

of alluminum and carbon fiber poles. My trad tools are from just about every tool maker... and your mod videos took all of my years of window cleaning to the next level. I wanted to clean two story glass without ever taking my pole down... well the two pole method with pure water rinse works great. I started with the smaller Dow Filmtec RO Filters and they work extreemly well, but the water has to be collected and then pumped. Setting up a new 4x40 RO canister can be problematic because neither the stainless steel can maker and filter makers include set up instructions. They have to be found on the internet. To make safe drinking water for the house will depend upon what the city is adding to the water. So a multi-stage filter system will be needed . Without using RO. RO water not being safe to drink. We have sodium hypochlorite, ammonia and fluoricylic acid or fake toxic fluoride in our water that needs to be removed plus metals requiring a multi-stage filter process.

This idea looks good. I work with a swivel regularly. But I’ve thightened the screw so it won’t swivel until pushed against a frame or window. I noticed controlling a loose swivel puts more strain on your wrists and fingers. That’s why I tightened it.

This is not necessary as it is completely self adjusting as you use it. Puts no strain on your wrists or fingers when using.

Found using on a high setting Ok but you can use lower setting just take a little longer. Always be aware that you do not scorch the PVC or Conduit. As this can give off harmful gases.

That’s strange I have never had a Wagtail Squeegee handle break. Found that for me , that the handle is strongest part of this squeegee. You might of received a bad batch??

Why not just figure out how many minutes in the oven and put it in until 'done'. Restricting the flow on your heat gun could put more stress on it than called for.

Heating polyvinyl chloride releases gas which can leave a permanent residue on the interior of ovens this is done in. This should not be done in any oven used for food preparation.

I.liked to place 3 pencil marks. Far right ,center of bend & far left. Aftet bending with a heat gun like to lay PVC confuit on a flat floor to prevent dogs or waves then wipe ut fown eith a rag drenched in cold water.

The thing is that there are many uses for flat PVC board . However is hard to find or buy. And if you looking to buy small size flat PVC board and can't find it you can do this. Most times people just like a small size.

Great video! We've had some issues learning to apply the OneRestore product at full concentrate. It's very good stuff but especially reactive on high-end or commercial coated glass, even if the window is wetted/soaked in advance. We'll try the 1:3 ratio and give it a go! Cheers

My first doodle bug pad was an unger speed pad holder with an H. Wieland style over the top water fed mod and a thin white pad. I blasted through some very dirty windows with utter amazement and ease! My new Zero 18" boars hair brush is expected to take the top spot in speed cleaning dirty windows. On dirty windows I scrub with a (14" green Nylex brush) with soap and water and power rinse with pure water and my hybrid brushes. I call it the Texas two step which I pioneered in Texas in 1992. Today I only pre-filter and RO. No DI and if I want ultra zero pure water I will double run through the RO. The scrubbing power increases as the pad surface decreases and as we increase the length of the pad we need to make a two point contact on the back of the pad. Say out around 14 inches. The speed pad has dual infinite motion so we can step back from the glass to increase scrubbing power. The thick white pads do not work like the thin white pads for some unknown unexplainable reason... make sure always buy the thin white pads. (Detroit Sponge)!

Please do a video where you show how you are cleaning the window section between the wall and the window. With this device! I'll work at a civic center and we cannot find anything to help us do this. I'd like to actually see you do the cleaning please!! I wrapped in microfiber rag around the bushy duster the other day and tried but it wasn't very secure. Thank you for this video as well! It's the only one I've seen of It's kind.

That is good and I agree. And you may need to revert when it doesn't when it's 6 metres up and your inn the city with 3x1.5 metre window for traffic all around and a road right behind not allowing a step back to that angle.
