I've got these ball recently and am currently a 90% fairways hitter compared to about 50% so it definitely helps and corrects the shape of your shot

Our small local par 3 course has a few that are very small 68,72,78,88,96. But its really enjoyable for the whole family to play and affordable

Best last 4 holes in Scotland? Surely Carnoustie - I'm sure Paul Lawrie would agree! But for fun in their own attractive seaside setting the 15th -18th at Balcomie. (I once played with a 3 handicapper who went 3223 - holing a full 7 iron at the 17th) Most disappointing, after playing an extraordinarily wonderful course - the finish at Machrihanish.

No way is this a top golf course. Scruffy and barren, devoid of character, far too expensive. Don't bother.

I say it all the time on the course lol “ had it in her mouth and the kids walked in” Another good one is when someone’s taking a piss… “ you know that’s illegal right ?” They will almost always say “what” or “what’s illegal” and you hit em with “ a grown man holding a child’s penis” get a laugh every time 😂

Glad you played here. I used to play here as a junior….. but the lack of investment from the corrupt links trust has caused the course to fall into decline… and the ex local councilor kitty ritchie sold us out in the mid 90s that’s how the course is eroded away into the sea. P.S I hope you didn’t go to the Caledonia golf club..lol
