OMG what a home! It's not often where you can say $8.5 mill is a value but here it is. I've seen many lux home tours and this one is probably one of the best, most well thought out designs that I've seen. Such great finishes obtaining the perfect balance of modern with warm design touches that give the property a feel that will stand the test of time. Bravo!

Gorgeous in every single ultra fine elegant detail! Most often when I view homes on YT, I see a lot I would change especially with respect to the decor color palette; Here, I would only change the color of the furniture in the master suite, it is still all just stunning!! THAT fireplace in the great room! And stair case! WOW! By far and away, my favorite home. Saved to my FAV home collection :). This mansion would cost easily in the neighborhood of 40million here in CA. Amazing home, amazing price, and excellent presentation. Liked, subscribed and belled.
