Love these vids. I noticed that you have the Berg linkage? What manifolds are you using? I can’t afford Berg manifolds, so I was seeing what other folks are using? Are they straight across, or offset? Keep the vids coming!

The manifolds are from Empi, they're straight-across style ones. With those and the phenolic spacers I have, they're almost too tall to use the Berg IDF linkage drops, which is something I've thought about replacing.

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. :-((((

Love the car, I too had a red '67, never should've sold it. anyway, what kind of jetting are you running in your carbs? I too am running a VW at Colorado altitude and was trying to get a good baseline to sart with?

I'm running 60 idle jets with a 150/F11/190 main/Etube/air combination. The 60 idles might seem a bit fat, but they really helped smooth the transition circuit out, 55s wouldn't idle well, and gave the engine a bit of a hiccup during the transition to the mains.

The gauge panel is a piece from Fast Fab, the gauges are from VDO's Cockpit series.

Since it's a universal case, it has that hole for some kind of sensor that the fuel injected cars used.
