Some people eat dasheen leaves in Jamaica. My grandfather used to cook soup with it. I've also had it in run dung, which is something like what Vincy people call oil dung. St Vincent looks a lot like some country areas in Jamaica.

Oh wow! I used to buy his snowcone in Both Primary and High school. A few times in Primary school I asked him to put the milk in middle of the snowcone and not on the top ( he never forgot even up to my Highschool years 😂)...man that was the best😋 Thanks for sharing , I wish him many more years🙏
