It's walking distance from Melia Jardin a few step walk and from flamenco and Paraiso just go through the street. Few minutes walk also .this place is very close to the resort

I like the beef, the okra was good I'm not picky I go for the beach other than that I have no complain with Cuban food

You can have an option to have lunch at Occidental Arenas Blanca's. It's called Ranchion Caribe. It's part of Barcelo. This area is at the beach front . This is a two in one hotel If you check in at Solymar and you had a day at the beach ⛱️⛱️⛱️ just walk in at Ranchion Caribe

If you check in at any Barcelo your allowed to hung out and used this facility. The beach is across the street

This place is just across Boulevard Varadero. Havana club is free Hung out at Alegro and Barcelo Solymar is widely open to dine in and relax Very quiet and safe

I think your wrong I like the area of this hotel. The receiving is well kept clean and cozy relaxing. Not a crowded hotel the paint is beige which is cozy to our vision No mosquitoes

We are actually check in at BARCELO Solymar but your allowed to hung out in this hotel. Have some drinks and eat It's nice place, marble descent paint of the lobby. I like the natural white color of the lobby , quiet. The beach is a cross the street this hotel is just in downtown . But you also can hung out at Arenas and Solymar with this hotel since it's part of BARCELO. Solymar, Arenas and Alegro are neighboring hotel it's just this place is across the street. This is the heart of Varadero. We came for the Beach ⛱️⛱️⛱️⛱️⛱️. We mostly swim at the ocean every day for 3 hours. For health benefits. The ocean is perfect no seeweeds. It's like paradise. I love the ocean in Cuba. Unlike other Carribean places cuba is heavenly beach PARADISE .Number one destination.😢

If your room is at the main building at Solymar wifi is good even at the bungalow area but only at the patio because our room is at the bungalow it only work when we are at our balcony. But WIFI work s at Arenas Allegro and Solymar if you check in one of this hotel wifi works everywhere even at Rance Caribe just go on setting for BARCELO . WE went to Allegro and our wifi works there too. this is 3 hotels in one

The beach is better at Barcelo than Melia . Melia is so crowded with chairs and it's noisy at Melia

The snack bar at Barcelo Solymar is close to Linda mar They offer sandwiches and drinks but it's also better to go to Occidental Arenas for snack at midnight if you are at the bungalow area Solymar snack bar is at the main lobby if you are check in to the main building sandwiches can be limited time on that building but if you re at the bungalow Occidental Arenas is better I go to Occidental Arenas with my daughter for midnight snack the waiter was very nice the aircon is full blast. They offer sandwiches and drinks

If you want a great night life across occidental arenas Blancas is BOULEVARD VARADERO where you can party Havana club is just straight ahead

I think your wrong because everything there was perfect I'm new to the resort too The pool was so inviting Yes there was big air-condition at Bellomar Cafeteria snack bar we hung out there with my daughter at midnight snack GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

If you don't like the buffet at Arenas you can always join the meal at BarceloSolymar This is a 3 in one hotel

Hello this hotel are connected to each other Barcelo Solymar and Alegro Palma real this hotel is actually at downtown Varadero. Very clean relaxing atmosphere. For Solymar people all they do is go on Arenas to main door across the street is the party area where HAVANA CLUB is and the Boulevard Varadero. It is also where Alegro located is.

ATTENTION!!! This comment is ALL LIES!!! The place is exactly what you'd expect from a $800-$900 all-inclusive resort in Cuba. People like this expect it to be like going on a $2000-$3000 all-inclusive in Mexico or the DR. Lol. And btw that ''Pitch black" comment about the omelette line was kinda racist.
