That's one thing I love about this game. All the random banter between the characters to reveal little details about their lives and show how they relate to each other. I actually enjoyed this scene quite a bit cuz it was just a simple little conversation, but it made them seem more lifelike and real. And it didn't even require a cutscene or a pause in the story. They just talk as they run around doing things.

I think the devs did an excellent job here. Cloud is probably my most beloved character in gaming but even knowing his circumstances here I still couldn’t help but be disgusted and creeped out by him. It made me feel that same doubt that I felt way back when I played the OG when his mind collapses. The way they made Aerith the playable character for the ending section of this chapter really enforces the player/Cloud distance too; I felt a bad feeling in my stomach for this whole part.

This definitely played out more dramatically with me, because I actually did pull out my gun in a split second on “sorry man” and shot him in the chest.

CP2077 "the game of choices". All leading down the same path. I sometimes wish they removed these dialog options and simply made it no to better flowing dialog. They really serve no purpose and the game would be even better without them. Only let you chose when the choice matters.
