I don’t like it… I’ve had series 5 for years … The series 5 you could use while plugged in and charging whereas S6 won’t work while charging… why you would remove this feature is beyond me and a joke .. what a massive oversight The series 5 battery lasted so munch longer …. I have noticed more battery S6 drain when not using. They have clearly added less battery’s in the S6 compared to the 5 I haven’t noticed any improvement in the shave and feel is was wasn’t money on the upgrade (down grade) I wouldn’t recommend buying this model..

Check the settings gap of blade and the plate that runs along the blade. it could be that the blade needs to be adjusted by the settings screws on each sides to create that cap which frees the blade then the wheels will turn. Its factory set like that for safety when transported / new. Its to jam the blade not to turn until bought and used
