Hannah love your video and I can relate! If you haven’t yet- check out Breathe and Flow. They have 30 day programs and offer classes on the stronger side. I love that they focus on functional strength and movement practices that are safe (lots of tutorials!) and work with your body as opposed to forcing poses. They also offer instruction on complete yoga lifestyle if you want to explore - not only postures- asana- but also way of life, breath work, meditation. It’s been life changing and physically (after lots of injuries) and mentally healing for me so wanted to share ❤

Im a new subscriber, I loved your haul & was ordering my first hoodie so wanted to see a review and now I am interested in the pants too. Would you mind telling me what shirt your levis is and what size, I love your shirt but I think i am a similar size and there is a few different washes, there is a light and a normal blue.

I've just started the Couch to 10k journey after never really running before, just got back from my day 1 and my word my calves feel like ive just set fire to them! Onwards and upwards however! roll on day 2

Great video. I don't think people appreciate how much the pill masks your natural hormones, I've really enjoyed getting to know my body again since coming off the pill last month (except maybe the cramps).

Thank you! Definitely! Yes, besides the cramps and PMS, I would agree. It's also nice to know I'm having proper periods after a 9 year period 😊
