I love that they focus on functional strength and movement practices that are safe (lots of tutorials!) and work with your body as opposed to forcing poses. They also offer instruction on complete yoga lifestyle if you want to explore - not only postures- asana- but also way of life, breath work, meditation. It’s been life changing and physically (after lots of injuries) and mentally healing for me so wanted to share ❤

Great video. I don't think people appreciate how much the pill masks your natural hormones, I've really enjoyed getting to know my body again since coming off the pill last month (except maybe the cramps).
