@ it’s okay. It is the nature of life that there are unpredictable ups and downs in life. The most important thing is that we push ourselves from the down time and enjoy with gratitude when we have good times. Be strong and be positive is the best medicine for a patient I think. ( I lost hopes and almost given up many times in my life and it seemed like inside me was completely died but love and care can cure it. My Ashang and Tibetan mother Teresa and many friends’ loving care saved me and given me new life! When you talked about “crying heals” it is indeed, I cried after 3 years and it felt like half of my heavy heart was reduced. 😊)
