Hello 👋 It all depends on what you put at the beginning when you first configured the nvr or dvr! if not you can try to reset it.

Hi great video, can you use single mode fiber optics? I have a property with 30 acres and my camera down by the gate in around 400m from the house, I am not sure what fiber optics I should use. Could you help I am trying to get the right cable, I have been told the GYXTW would work. But does it work with the PTZ function on the camera? thank you
