Já toquei em muitos reverbes caros e baratos, mas nenhum chegou perto desse LIXO! Mini universe é uma embolação inacreditável!!! Vou jogar essa M na lixeira, não tenho coragem de dar a ninguém...

The Invader has a more pronounced upper mid, while the x2n is broader.

I’d love to listen to the same comparison through an analog solid state amplifier.

Both pickups are amazing. X2N is perfect in my 1998 cort Ibanez rg. Basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, drop B. I am still experimenting with neck pickups atm. Duncan Jazz model so far is pretty good in parallel. I will be trying a lace sensor soon.

The SH-5 is more articulate, clear, versatile. Great for everything. The SH-6 is a face-ripping beast that is perfect for high gain thrasha nd maybe glam metal pinch harmonics, but not so versatile. I feel like the SH-5 can do that stuff too but can ALSO do the cleaner stuff so it wins for me.

Just want to know if both can handle low tunings so far both pretty good like dimarizo for like Drop B and Seymour for Drop C
@mikestamper2 күн бұрын
Both amazing for both tunings.

The obvious solution is to get another guitar and have both 😂

First SD pickup I've seen with clarity that rivals dimarzios on clean settings. I usually avoid SD cuz they're warm and break up too fast on clean settings. The nazgul seems different

No matter what EMG pickups is used in a shootout I always prefer it. The Flat EQ of many EMG pickups can make recreating different tones easier.

Is that all single notes than power chords? Seems like a lot of technique is in the palm muting with your picking hand am I correct?
@mikestamper11 күн бұрын
Hi! You mean in the first and last sections? First section ones are palm mutes with also left hand muting technique. And the last section ones are slightly open palm mutes (closer to the bridge) with full power chords. I'm always opening and closing right hand palm muting depending on what I need to do, :)

For my ESP LTD 200, Its the Seymour hands down.. Love the emg but the dirt sounds almost identical.. It doesn't justify me going to an active pickup.

It’s weird how it feels to me that the sound is changing both in volume and in clarity from time to time in this video. At 3:20 approximatively it drops a bit like if it was compressed, and at 3:24 it rises up. Does somebody have an explanation for that ?
@eduardwilliams124514 күн бұрын
Tough choice. The EVH fan in me likes the balance of smoothness and aggression of the tone zone. But, the super distortion is just so much fun! Great videos by the way.
@seanmetal413814 күн бұрын
The alnico grande is tighter and more compressed, whereas the Nuevo 90 is more open. I have both in guitars and they kick ass!

@bobydaraiche517116 күн бұрын
both win it all depends on the song even with the vintage dark clean of the JB can be good on certain songs and on the distortion the same it all depends on the song
