You can make an 24 hr. Marinade for steaks. In a mixing bowl or flat cake pan. Pour in equal parts white vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder or onion powder, salt pepper, basil and a 2 tablespoon of water. Mix and let sit overnight. When the morning comes flip it on its side. Pour back in until an 5 minutes before cooking and when steak is in pan pour rest of the marinade with it to cook. Never cover steak while cooking. It will be more chewy .Enjoy
