Mandisa it's actually not your skin that's the issue. It's your gut health. The acne is just showing what's going on on the inside. Watch KZbin videos on skin and gut health connection. Focus on fresh fruit and veggies and whole nutritious foods and cut back on the junk, you'll see a major improvement . Worked for me. But it takes discipline and sometimes that just flies out the window 😂 but the clear skin is worth it so you'll get back on the wagon
