I use to LOVE this product. I started using it when it was in a jar for $20, then they changed it to a 36oz pouch for $36, then $40, then they switched it to this present small pouch for $40 on Amazon. When the product was in the jar and was first introduced in the pouch...it was AWSOME!!! Somewhere down the line it lost it's magic. Hopefully they will retrace their steps and bring the magic back.

Hi Krystal! Thanks so much for your feedback -a couple of years ago, we discovered that the strawberry extract that we'd been using was causing the hold of the formula to be compromised. We've since then resolved the issue - you should give it another shot! There's nothing quite like Jello Shot!!

I've struggled with hair loss for the last few years (I think it's hormonal; a combo of decades of hypothyroidism and surgical menopause in 2/2020). Finding natural products that are gentle can be difficult. I'm excited to give your products a try. 😊

Kinkyy coiley girls. Because there's a white woman on the video who has loose curls. Very loose cause she has straight hair like I really don't understand that, but then you, have you black woman with Kinkyy coyly hair talking. I see no Tino shade. I have 2c/3a wavy hair that borders on curly hair. I've been using Ecoslay products for years, and their Rice Pudding and Moonshine are two products I use regularly on my wavy hair. Ecoslay doesn't focus on the color of your skin, but hair textures. I know plenty of wavies and curlies that use Ecoslay products, and I'm also sharing their brand with my target audience, girls ages 5-13 with wavy or curly hair. So, if someone has wavy, curly, coily or kinky hair, Ecoslay products work. Remember, it's all about the hair.

A lot of brands have been bought out by big corp and their products have become sub-par, to say the least. We all know who they are ... My family had an extreme hair-loss issue caused by one of those brands (rhymes with oyster) a few years ago.
