thank you very much brother, but I think you have made a mistake. Low variety is used in informal situation and doesn't need formal instructions which means it is acquired at home not school. Whereas, high variety is formal, learned and acquired in schools, used for academic purposes and needs a teacher or tutor to present formal instructions.

Interesting topic but I still have a little concerned in variety of language ( as Hudson mentioned in his book the variety of language is a general terms of any for of language or linguistic expression such as speech community , dialect standard language etc ,but my question here is why we used to use non-formal words in writing and not acceptable but we heard them in social media , newspaper for instanc I heard the former president Donald trump using the word " tremendous" but I once use it in my writing the. I found it is not relevant then we can say the standard language can take multiple dialects to form a different words

Hi I think there is a mistake Low variety is the one that we use in Informal situations and the high variety we use it in Formal situations
