This is another classic example of the EU shooting itself in the foot and more reasons for Startups to move to America. The EU keeps trying to invest into tech all while making laws that are up to interpretation. It's now the company and users responsibility to guess if they are following the rules. This might as well be called digital suicide for the eu tech sector.

Yes, true. Materiality is iterative and also dynamic. Organisations have to be clear on their methodology as more transparency is demanded by stakeholders. Thanks a lot for the insights shared in this series. Really helpful! I have a question What do you think is the best approach to quantifying the material topics for organisations. I mean how do you weight the significance of an impact over the other. For example what will influence the weight of waste management over data privacy for a company in the telecommunications sector? Will it be more of professional judgement?
