Its shameful the country will do little to nothing to ensure its natural wonders of Everest remains untarnished by the destructive creatures. It seems they are forced to ignore the real problems of the mountain for the sake of earning money for the economy. But they are destroying it at the same time due to these rich vermin polluting Gods creation. Its very sad😔

no need to go any farther . no more climbing until the trash has been removed, every last piece of it. how dare these people crap all over everything in the name of climbing the mountain. I would rather be on top of a 2900 ft litter free mt. by myself than on top of the world with any of these creepy people

They are one of the poorest nations. Without money coming in the can't afford to clean Everest. Most people live off there summers by carrying supplies, making food, being a sherpa. Their whole society runs off of donations by climbers.

Agreed, but that will never happen, since the Mountain is the primary source of income for Nepal! it is expensive, and you're climbing in filth on the mountain and that is a huge turn-off for anyone who isn't brain-addled, which they usually are, due to hypoxia, long before they reach the Death Zone. There are many who brag that they have "climbed Mt. Everest" but far fewer have summited the Mountain!
@mjleger4555
@mjleger4555 Күн бұрын
@@sethwiley7839 That money is NOT "donations by climbers!" There are fees for climbing permits, fees for sherpas, costs start at about $60k so it isn't cheap either, but it IS risky. They estimate over 300 people have lost their lives, and 200 of them in the Death Zone will be there forever! Tragically, the mountain is littered with tons of trash today, from brain-addled, hypoxic humans who poop and pee on the mountain, shed clothes, empty oxygen cannisters and who knows what else makes up the tons of garbage on the mountain. Most mountains in the Himalayan and Karakorum ranges are sacred to the locals so you can't even climb them -- legally! But Mt. Everest is one of the easiest in the 8000m group of mountains and it is the tallest in the world so a big draw for people whom, I suppose, want bragging rights but so many have "climbed Mt. Everest" so they can say that, but few actually summit the great mountain!
