You know what why you are wrong about India maybe because you got Gandhiji wrong. See he is a visionary.

This interviewer was not respectful. Who the hell cares about the King or his palace built by looting India? They should be the ones who should be ashamed. He didn't deserve to interview this great soul.

Freedom without INDEPENDENCE is not possible, as you would be relying on another, making you dependent. Today the west is dependent on India, see how the shoe is on the other foot. Thank you Gandhi Ji and all who put their trust in you.

Mahatma Gandhi, almost always in the later part of his career, behaved like a godman of present times, thinking he owned everything and everyone. When he wanted to test his celibacy, he felt it was acceptable to 'use' young girls for his experiments. But did he ever consider what would happen to these juvenile girls after he was done with his experiments? During the horrific violence of Partition, when Sikhs and Hindus were being massacred and raped in what was one of the largest genocides of all time, Gandhi tried to prove his greatness by advising them to return to their homes from where they had been violently chased away. He even suggested they should live out in the cold rather than take shelter in mosques. This raises serious questions about the practicality and compassion of his approach during such a tragic and turbulent time.
