I love the pretty planners and journal spreads. I tend to use them as background noise as I journal... They are almost inspirational but to plan any projects or tasks I've got going on, I need to break it down and it looks messy. But it's what my brain and my anxiety needs. I then try and break down the list to what i can manage throughout that week (Or whatever time frame I have)

Yes! I totally get that. I love that you've found what works for you ☺

I relate to everything you said about being highly sensitive and introverted. I completely understand. I don’t have adhd, but I need to have my hands busy with things that fill my heart with joy. Doing nothing is not for me, it’s precisely when I think about problems. I love these videos and this simple and yet so satisfying way of journaling 💜🩷🩵💜🩷🩵🩶🩷🩵🌸🌸🌸

Undated for me! I used to write postcards to my late mother and I wouldn’t date them and she always put the date she received them ☺️ I love small journals and books too. A4 is something unthinkable to me. You kept saying a word… abonichi…? I know it’s misspelled, but I don’t know what it is 🤔 🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜

I do that to the birthday cards from my teen! A4 freezes my brain tight lol 💜💜 Hobonichi - they are Japanese journal/diary/planner with famous Tomoe river paper (super thin but strong, mostly no bleed). the one I'm using here is a Hobonichi Original Avec. And that's where my account name comes from - Autumnichi lol
