A true joke hollowed out into a nightmare. I was recently abducted May 2024 asked questions then tortured with likely brain electroshocks. My eyes were punctured and my hand had a needle embolus where I had awakened and wanted to leave myself a mnemonic memory device after i tried to remove it. The thumb ligament is permanently damaged from the needle. They were police associated most likely or authorized by the USA Dictatorship currently in power. The attacks in October 1999 Hector Mine Earthquake day were bombs to rob federal banking regulators at la quinta resort and to cook lithium in the Salton Sea. It appeared my honest federal associates FDIC were being killed or sent on holiday or they never existed. I was told at the torture session meant to provoke me to attack that there is no lithium there is no Salton sea. I was told I had eyes of a pig and that my arm would rot off. I did not attack. I had a brain stroke and 8 hour amnesia. I felt the embolus on my hand in the parking lot and thought it was maybe a bee sting then maybe a needle. I fled as if in controlled terror. The dictatorship hired me to meet the unstoppable force. The slippery hand behind Berkshire Hathaway seems to me to be culpable as a potential associate to murder. The murder of federal bank examiners was to assist in the transfer of titles to lands including Salton sea. They were killing people and one man warned me while I was drugged at a bank examination in 1999 Another question the interrogator asked I am not sure. I had busted sheriff jack tillman for food funds thievery which he denied stealing and tried to keep as his own in Mobile Alabama 4 3 2001 I did the audit in front of city cameras. He attacked me. The federal government allows us to be starved in cages and to be attacked viciously if we try to intercede in criminal insanity of a sheriff. We need a change of dictatorship I need workers compensation. All I had was stolen through their acts. I will want Berkshire Hathaway to be examined. The titles to land likely have false dates. All land titles in the 1990s since the suicide of the regional director circa FDICIA 1992 I want a home replacement. I lost my home Never use usa medical care if a replacement doctor arrives. They are possibly from the criminally insane dictators medical cadre of torture maiming specialists. My parents have a lot of land they left to my brother and i in their will but they recently put it in a trust to "protect the grandkids" i cant get details from them....i think they barely understand what they did. But what if i want whatever my "share" is now? My mother isnt opposed. Would it be money i suppose? I wanna get my own lil piece of land somewhere asap .

My family has owned an unbuilt lot for almost 100 years and have been paying taxes on it with the hope of building a family home for the next generation. When purchased, the lot was buildable. Now the town is saying it is not. Is there any legal recourse around this? Other neighbors around our lot have significantly expanded their structures and we fear we lost a family investment by our immigrant grandparents. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Can this be done on a property if a deceased person who has no beneficiaries? I would never steal from anyone but are there circumstances where it’s legal and ethical? For example: if a person died in 1999, no one claimed it, no family members can be found, the city lost or mishandled the files or something happened where the city didn’t acquire the property… can a person legally and ethically claim or possess the vacant property/ land?

I don't contract with anyone I don't want to if they want to tell me how to build something they should put up their bond & become liable if anything happens. People need to start staffing up for themselves & bring these issues back to a common law perspective. It's my home it's not a commercial building go away. Look at how much money we give the government where does it friggin end? & What do we get back for it besides half ass infrastructure that is easy over priced because of the government & their 10 middlemen that need their cut. Wake up people!

I am in a tenant at will situation, my landlord is old school and for some reason think i have no rights, in the 7 months i been there she continues to enter the space iam occupying i keep telling her she can't enter my space without a 24 hour notice unless theres water damage or hazardous situation and she basically tells me if you don't like it you can leave , it has gone to far to the point where she is actually touching my property, i need to do something about this , any advice on how I should handle this unfortunate situation, btw im in Massachusetts

I hate living in a condo never thought of buying one Living in the air .I prefer to live in a plot of land with a house and a garden i stead of sharing the elevator especially when with someone disagreeable and so forth. It is always good to be on your own.

I’m seeing condo complexes even a few years old getting declined for conventional loans and they have nothing to do with deferred maintenance. Here in CA, it’s popular for property management companies to outsource the condo documents and questionaries to a 3rd party like Condocerts or Condowise. Unfortunately, as soon as the new Fannie questionnaire came out, they’ve been answering many questions “too safe” likely to reduce their legal risk. The questionnaire is 10 pages long and if the lender’s condo department doesn’t like the way even one question is answered, they ask more questions which the property management company doesn’t want to answer (due to more legal risk) If you go to board members, they won’t help either due to the same reason.

Crooked Creek HOA in Sarasota has fallen behind in structural, plumbing, general maintenance. The lack of roof repairs caused major mold issues.

Not just Florida or the US and not just financed units. I pulled out of several potential (cash) condo purchases in London, UK, as the property management companies were evasive with their answers to such standard questions. "Buyer shall rely on their own enquiries" was a common response to questions about structural or maintenance issues (or even the finances of the condo association). How on earth is a buyer of a single unit evaluate an entire building and/or the finances of the association? In disgust, i bought a small house instead.

I have a pre-existing fence that runs through the 100 ft area. A building permit was gotten at the time it was built, but I don’t think they got a wetland permit. Hopefully nobody finds out. I mentioned it to the conservation department and they wanted to come for a sight inspection so obviously I did not follow up. Not having a fence would mean deer and wildlife could come to my backyard more easily. I was thinking of adding onto the fence, but don’t want them to see that the existing fence runs through the 100 ft area and ask questions.

Our buyers' financing is having an issue with 1 line in the insurance doc that says it won't cover cosmetic only repairs even though anything structure gets convered and the HOA itself explicitly handles the look and presentation of the neighborhood. It's dumb. ><

Is the new law only affecting condo buildings that are 3 stories and up? You are saying 6 units. What if the building is a 2 story walk-up with 6 or more units? They are still subjected to the new inspection and reserves requirements as the high rise condos?
