This was the one game we had for the PS1 growing up that was actually weird to start up and took a lot of effort. I dont remember if there were scratches (or maybe a scratch) but it would take me about 30 minutes of restarting, wiping the lense, wiping the disc over and over to get it to play. Gave some weird gratification to play this game after all of that. I loved the first-person mode though I would always ride rides after I built them.

Its really fascinating how much they were able to pack in a small the park is vs the one in Japan. What make things worse is that Toadstool Cafe catering service at Universal Studios is no where near as good. Looking into videos or pictures of their menus side by side just adds insult to injury. I would of totally enjoy the park as well the ride, but wouldn't go just crazy like you guys did. Good to see you guys are back.

I know I am 3 years late to this, but thank you SO much for recording the game footage as it was meant to be viewed. I can't tell you how annoying it is for other youtubers to use HD footage of retro games and complain about the graphics looking bad.

It's probably worth mentioning that a lot of cable companies didnt get on board with the Sega channel because some of them weren't willing to purchase and install the new hardware. So it's access was quite limited in some areas

I had Sega Channel and thoroughly enjoyed it until the service was cancelled in my region. I loved everything Sega Genesis, had the 32x and SegaCD attachments and a few 32X CD games. Also had a game gear and really liked it. Never got a Saturn or Dreamcast, though.

One cool thing is the morolians DO have a Hey command animation and sound clip, but only the animation is used in Part 2's 100 stage battle since the opponent is always voiced by Fuse, while the Hey quote is exclusively used in the Space Channel 5 minigame section in Sega Superstars for PS2

I had this during my high-school years. I remember begging my mom for itnand even got a small job to pay the 15 a month. It was a killer service and my friends would always come over to play. I believe there was an update to the Apollo search. I can't find the specific tweet, but I remember there being talk going around that they did finally manage to find and contact her, but she was not interested in reprising her role. Cherami is a great voice actor, but I don't feal her timbre quite fits the character. Her tones are too bright and choppy compared to Apollo's energetic but darker and smoother ones and I wish they had chosen someone with a more similar cadence to Apollo.

By the way fun fact, Jaguar is played by Tom Clarke-Hill. If that actor's name doesn't sound familiar to you, Sniper Elite would as Tom Clarke-hill also played the brooding sniper Karl Fairburne!
