Your car and or phone may not be compatible. I would check both to make sure either has it.

How do you do this for the smart keys I swear I've tried everything. The card they gave me doesn't work.

If you have both keys there is a slot you do the same process (aux only do not start it) with but you switch out the keys fobs in that spot. I believe it is under the pad in the center storage area. If not there it is either in the cup holder or the center console. Should pop up after that.

It is not designed to do that from the stock unit. There are aftermarket programs that will allow you to do that but becareful as it may void your warranty.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I get in the car. My phone says I have to forget phone, than I have to reinstall . Am I missing something

Try removing both. So on the infotainment system forget the phone then remove any connection of your car off your phone.

It does not have a grab handle on passenger side (kind of a bummer) Im not real tall. I don't understand why they wouldn't put a grab bar for driver :(

This feature is available for the majority of people who do not know how to drive. If more people knew how to drive you'd not see the amount of car crashes that you do. All the time I hear ,"I hate parallel parking, I was not taught how to parallel park." Therefore people need to have assist to help them do it.

I think a lot of people are like me and have the need to parallel park may once every year or two. It's a pretty uncommon thing in my area.

Hi so on my Chevy the screen is connected but the screen comes out grey with the apps in the side what should I do 😢

Try disconnecting and then reconnecting it. If that doesn’t work try plugging it in via a cord and see if it does it still. If it still does it, take it to a Chevrolet Dealer to diagnose the problem and then fix it. Let me know if that helps.

Works for 2023 Suburbans too! Got a rental and apparently it was a brand new car, and it was left in Transport mode. This was the first video I came across, short, to the point, and issue resolved. Thanks for sharing, Jason!

And it looks like a crappy rental. Equinox, Trailblazer, Blazer, all the same blah. Chevy could have gone big with the Blazer name like Wranglers and the new Bronco, but made this thing instead?
