Your videos are so enlightening and so helpful. I have a concern I would like to discuss with you. I am 56 years, post menopausal and using Estradiol Patches 0.05mg twice a week and Progesterone 200mg capsules daily for my menopausal symptoms. I was doing good until about 10 days in to using these meds(this past Sunday). I noticed I started spotting. Yesterday(Monday) was a full on period, I had to pull out the tampons again. Heavy bleeding per usual for me on my first period days(even though it had been well over a year). My concern was the severe uterine cramping. Cramps were always usual during my menstruating years, but they could always be relieved with Tylenol or Ibuprofen...which were not touching the pain. I tried alternating them, heating pads, finally I just went to bed. I had read where within the first month of hormone therapy this can be normal as your body is getting used to the new hormone levels. I can handle the periods again. I have my whole female life unfortunately. It's the severe cramping that has caught me off guard. It is morning time now and so far Tylenol is keeping the cramps at bay...but the day is still young and I haven't really got started yet. Do you have any suggestions that might could help with the cramps or what could be causing the severity of them? Should I notify my doctor due to the severity? A friend suggested it could be a sign that the Estrogen dosage is too high ...or should I just wait it out as this is part of the process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :) Blessings!

Estrogen stimulates mammary tissue. If you have excess amounts of estrogen, particularly estradiol, you will have increased stimulation of your mammary tissue, which can cause pain. I’ve endured Severe Hormonal Incapacitating Turmoil aka S.H.I.T since puberty (all the severe menopause symptoms and post natal depression symptoms and grief symptoms and the things people mention that those with addiction do ..out of their control ..causing havoc, mayhem via rages violent outbursts and suicide attempts) My daughter endures it now, and she had the added burden of breathing difficulties too as well as travel anxiety from feeling f dizzy and stressed in a vehicle. It’s officially called PMDD ..premenstrual disphoric disorder …but seeing as I have had it during pregnancies and in puberty and now in menopause with no bleeding, I re-named it S.H.I.T What did you do for the breathing difficulties?

Hi there. My doctor prescribed me progesterone I sleep horribly and I’m on day 4 on progesterone. I slept a few nights of good sleep but last night was horrible. Only 2 hours of sleep. Today she prescribed estrogel. Can I take it at the same time or should I do estrogel in the morning and progesterone at night? She also wants to keep me on Premarin twice a week 0.5 for vaginal dryness. I’d love suggestions of when I should be taking everything and I did ask for something other than Premarin and she said no she wanted me to stick with it because she felt it was good for me and she had other patients on it. I do take magnesium with Vitamin D and K2 at night. As well as l theanine. I am just desperate to sleep through the night and also for the final dryness and itchy to end.

another cause can be mercury toxicity from Amalgams or other sources . the mercury accumulates in the hypothalamus causing inflammation leading to all these symptoms.
@DeborahMaragopoulosFNP2 ай бұрын
Toxicity can include heavy metals, pesticides, and even infectious agents that cause damage to the neurons and their receptor sites. If you have a chemical imbalance in the brain, that means that you’re not producing adequate amounts of neurotransmitters. You have imbalances between your serotonin and dopamine levels, you’re not producing enough GABA, or you’re producing too much or too little norepinephrine. A chemical imbalance in the brain can lead to learning disabilities, memory issues, and mood disorders, including depression and anxiety.
