I was in the George C. Marshall Marching Statesmen (2009-2012). I just think you guys were AMAZING from watching this video!! I hope y'all will cherish your years in the Marching Band! I graduated from Marshall back in June 2013. I'm a flute player by the way!! Never stop playing your instruments! It's truly a talent that a lot of people do not have--ESPECIALLY to march! I miss Marching Band (we were a fairly small band at the time), I had the BEST time as a member of the Marshall Band! Band was my FAVORITE part of High School! Savor High School because you will miss it after you graduate! Of course what makes the experience even better is the leadership from the band director(s) to the staff to the section leaders and drum major(s)! I had an AMAZING band director for all my years in high school--shout out to Mr. V!! Anyways, try to make relationships (friendships) with your fellow band mates, I understand if you can't because of my own experiences (I was bullied growing up). If you have a teacher or such that has been very good to you and they mean it, ask them to mentor you! Who knows, maybe they can be a good reference for you down the road! College is even better than high school (I am 27 and STILL in college-SEVEN years at NOVA and 1 year at the moment at Mason)! Never give up your dreams because if you set your heart and mind to it, you can do ANYTHING in life!! I can keep rambling on, but best of luck in high school and beyond!!

Jhope performing live is a treat to people who love music and performances. His live voice seems auto tuned. And the fanchants just gives me goosebumps. I mean sooo many people and how come they are always in rhythm or in tune. I love Army n hope they stay different from all the other fandoms

Hi! I was a freshman when we did this prefomace. To my memory, our prop was created by some of our parents who worked at Cox Farm using re claimed items! The rig I think was used to make our hour glass in our 2018 show 'Sands of Time'. I hope this helps!
