Hi CJB and all😅.i feel complete Saw you all in Clearwater Aug 2, 2023 Ruth Eckerd hall. 2 1/2 hrs. You did us great! Played everything i was hoping you would. Even tho you played many songs, i could have stayed all night. I was in rehab center knee replacement. I told my Doc. Either you let me out of here for a few hours or im leaving AMA. I had these tickets for three months. So. She finally relented, i took me a couple pain pills, i was feeling noooo pain. Your gifts are full of medicine for my soul. I pray the old man was with me. He went to the other side 15 years ago.😢 But somehow i know he was there.he played soooo many of your songs and taught me many. Im so thankful and appreciative i can play at least half of them. ❤❤❤. Thanks for a lifetime of love 🎶. You make me feel he is still with me. I made my daughter bring me to the show. I caught tears in her eyes more than once. And, mine as well. Have fun out there. Stay safe, be well, and rock till ya drop. Thats the way im going. Cant think of a better way.❤ bought me a killer ❤little 60 watt Fishman loud box dual channel w/ reverb. I can put it on six for suns😮et gigs on the beach and im ready to go. I dont have it in me now hopfully ill get it back up there. Maybe when i can walk across the stage without a wheely walker, i might try a full line up again one dayyyy, oh wont you stayyyy, just a little bit longer..lol. from Detroit also. Came to Florida in 75' and never moved back home.❤. There is medicine in these palm trees, water and sunsets. Wayyy better than the Detroit River. Eww. Wishing you and the fam all great things. Forever, in my prayers 🙏 ✌️ out. 🎶🎶 much 💓 I'm working on Opening Farewell. Boy thats a hell of a song.BR is the shit! Scuze the lingo. I couldn't think of a better way to express myself. I think this will do. I just woke up for the rest room. I should know not to pick up this stupid phone. Now I have to go find that song.i love when the song ends and she reaches out and squeezes you hand. Just sheer muical and friedship love. Boyyy what a heart and soul you have. Not to mention your humor. You crack me up.your banter between songs. It just does a number on my sappy Pisces self. G N. Sweet dreams. 😴 🎵😅

People are such holes at shows. They think because they paid for a ticket they can stand wherever they want. Then they get offended when they are told to follow the rules. Inconsiderate. I'm going to see the Mule in September at a venue they actually enforce the no standing rule. Can't wait.

As Jackson Browne tours today’s events I think an updated version for today’s comprehension word changes could be made w/o damaging the song. ie. Richard Prior…

At the concert Jackson Browne was the opening act. This song played out as his crew packed all of his stuff. Piano 🎹 last. He and James Taylor sang together two songs . Fantastic performance by both. We went to Ottawa Canada from Orlando Florida. Front row seats gave us a fantastic view.

Boy, this brings back such fond memories. Was in a popular New England group in the late 70s and we used to close out the night with it...always started the song on the dance floor with my girl (because I played bass) and would hop on stage just before the group joined in. Thanks, Jackson for creating such a fond memory.

I was fortunate enough to see him 20 years ago, but he did not do this song. It was a smaller group, “An Evening With Jackson Browne”. Not a bad seat in the place, but he didn’t have back up singers, I’m pretty sure it was just him on keyboards, and one or two guitarists and drummer singing backup. But I wouldn’t have missed it. And he still sounds incredible!

oh my, I did not know david lindley left the planet. I heard that when they first met 😊,which was when they first jammed in a hotel room. , said it was instantaneous bromance- musical love at first sight within seconds. I'm pretty sure I heard it on an audio recording or read the account from Jackson himself.
