Thanks for watching my video and taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m always learning and appreciate the feedback! The distinction between a knot and a hitch is a great point, and I’ll be more precise in the future. I take my time to ensure that those who are trying to learn can follow along, but I'm glad you already know how to make this knot/hitch. Hope you have a great day!

Thank you for asking, I made it on graph paper using each box as one knot. You can also use cross stitch patterns you help with the grid. There are free cross stitch websites that will allow you to use a picture. Hope this is helpful.

How does this hold up to the weight of a larger planter, for say filler cords in a spiral on a hanging planter? I know in crochet any knot aside from a stitch will eventually break.
@turinucraftsandcreations7 ай бұрын
I'm sorry that I can not give you a good answer. It is going to depend on a lot of variables. What mm cord are you using, is it twisted or braided, how heavy is the pot with filling? I've used this method on a small planter and wall hanging, and it has held up on both. Maybe someone else can get us a better answer.

@turinucraftsandcreations9 ай бұрын
Thank you, I'm not sure what length to use for an adult...because everyone has a different size or shape head. However, I would measure the head for size in inches. Then, use a foot of cord for every inch of completed headband you desire. Hope this helps

That’s the boat I’m in!! Congrats on your first project🥰 I’m doing a giant 6 ft macraweave as my sister’s wedding present🤫 and the cords are SO long I’m getting tangled up in them (not literally, they’re doing the tangling without me included lol) - anyway, I’ve decided to cut them to a more manageable length (ie. NOT 48 ft) and then I can add more cord later.
@turinucraftsandcreations22 күн бұрын
