13/1/25 Its been 20 days since I first started, my left forearm has increased 0.4 inches and right has increased 0.55 inches. No noticable improvements in wrist for now although that might be because I am still going through puberty. I train for armwrestling too along with this rice bucket training so my forearms get challenged a lot every day.

After doing this for the first time, my forearms are burning like HELL! Amazing! It is extremely difficult to even type lolll. My forearm size is noticeably pumped about +1 inch

I gave this one a chance after just watching the video. I thought it was the easiest one yet here on KZbin. Once I did follow along I definitely thought it was extremely easy until the end when I suddenly felt like my forearms were about to explode. I think it was the doorknob one and the handful of rice holding onces. Killing moves.

Absolutely. I do each arm separately bc I have protein container with rice and not a bucket. Just be careful not to move the bucket container during exercises. I just hold it with my feet

Started this today. Done all my measurements and I'm just aiming to do one or two follow along videos on youtube. Aiming for every day as I imagine my forearms should heal up quickly. Only done measurements on the upper forearm at 29cm. If i can get about 1cm i'll be over the moon!! I might report back every week or so depending how well this comment does. All the best guys

@@AP-98it shouldn’t, i do this in the morning every day and gym in the evening and do it everyday, it hasn’t had an effect on it at all yet, just use straps if u can for back day

Day 4, today was my birthday, so I splurged a little and got some more gym equipment, did forearms, chest shoulder and tricep today, 4 hours of reading and 8 hours of study, I know not a single person is reading this, but I was bullied for 4 years throughout highschool, it ended a week ago, and we have 6 months free, I have been training regularly for an hour straight, 6 days a week, and doing cardio daily, I wish no one including me should ever go through bullying again, but if you are, there is not use just sitting idle we gotta fight back!!!!!! Day3, I didn't update yesterday due to a family emergency, today I made myself a little library, of not more than 15 books, after reading the prince by machevilli, I cleaned a small room in my house and no one is allowed to step in it but me, as evening comes, after my workout, I bathe and change into new clothes only then I allow myself to enter the said room, for 4 hours, I eat food which is mine alone, read about great ministers, and power icons like machevilli, Napoleon, alaxander, kautilya, etc, I ask questions without hesitation, for those 4 hours, I forget every sadness, poverty doesn't dismay and death doesn't terrify me, only for those 4 hours I can feel myself surrounded by men and women of high valor, I plan and learn it was a great day see you tomorrow

Day 2, biceps, forearms and 1 km run, I read 20 pages and skin care, here a novice tip, don't take youtube fitness advice half of it is bull crap I am also thinking of studying more than my usual fill(4 hours) to around 7 hours

Day 1, went to the gym, did triceps, biceps, back, and forearms, meet you tomorrow 😊 Oh yea i almost forgot, i also did skin care, read 30 pages(it is a small book with short pages) and slept 7 hours(a big achievement for me i usually sleep around 4)

I'm new to training with a rice bucket and picked it up to heal a finger sprain I got catching a pass. I was months with little progress but now thay I'm doing this routine I noticed right away it started healing much faster! The forearms aren't looking bad either. It's a fun routine and the most comprehensive I've found as far as the variety. I like the names for the movements too haha. Thanks!
