Thanx for the video. I think that this car is not a '93 model. Maybe '95-'96... I used to have the '93 model. Different grill, no airbag. Loved the car, great handling.

The diesel version is so much better. It makes 8hp and enough torque to comfortably go around 2,5hp is not enough for a 2 wheeler, let alone a 3.

@@LoveThatCar they still make the diesel, infact it's more popular than the gasoline version in most places Here, it's sold in either a 200cc, 230cc gasoline, or 440cc diesel. They all make around 8hp but the torque is better on the diesel. And they all come with a 4 speed manual instead of the automatic

It's called Ape ("Bee" in italian) because the first model was just a Vespa ("Wasp" in italian) with a trunk and 2 wheel attached behind for workers. So "worker" wasp = bee.

The weight of all those keys bouncing up and down will ruin the APE ignition switch. Best to remove the APE key and keep it on a separate key fob.

You can text them, but either way I think that shipping to Turkey will be pretty expensive. If they answer you back that they don't have the parts you are looking for, try to text them month or two later, maybe something will change. I've got a 306 myself too, a dutch 1999 phase 2 1.4hp trim level XR 3-doors hatchback model with 262k on the odometer with the same cute looking 14 inch hubcaps, though they need a respray after 24 years of outside life, soon gonna be able to drive it as i have passed my final driving exam today! And i need to replace the oil pan gasket, gonna throw in a new Bosch filter and Quartz 7000 10W40 oil in it as well.

@LoveThatCar Thank you! and exactly! the 1.4l PSA TU3XJP engines are very nice and simple to work on for novices, as well very cheap in parts as it's about the most mass produced engine in existence. The one you featured is as well a phase 2, produced from 1997-2000. The 1993 is a phase 1, which was also the year it was introduced and got a facelift in 1997 called phase 2. Might want to edit the title for accuracy but not needed ofcourse. Do you know the color code of yours by chance? It looks similar to mine, mine's Peugeot EGED Bleu de Chine. A very nice metallic deep ocean blue.

For now I will keep it as it is, but I will label it in editor, so this video would be reccomended to someone who is searching for a phase 1. :) Ohh, I don't know that at the moment, but I can probably look it out, since this is a Peugeot of a good friend of mine, but I am pretty sure that it is the same colour. It's a good looking one for sure! Mine Peugeot was also featured on this channel. It is the first video (Peugeot 307 break, 1.6i). You can check it out if you wan't, although the quality was way worse and since I didn't have a phone holder back then I couldn't do POV's at the time :/ Thanks for your time and have a nice day!

Eu sempre usei qualquer óleo , juntando restos de óleo novo para motor a gasolina, 20w50 mineral de moto, 5w20 sintético resto do Ford Ka, 15w40 , qualquer óleo. Nunca deu problema.

THANK YOU! My feelings about this car: As a van lover I like many things about this car. I love some extra storages which this car offers, such as the storage space above the drivers head or those storage boxes above back seats. Overall practicality of this car is fairly decent, mainly because of huge boot which is basically "van like" when the seats are folded down. The biggest downside of this car is in my opinion the width of the back seats. As you could see in video I had problems to sit only on one back seat and no, my ass is not fat! Haha. Also this engine is known to be not the most reliable one and even though it's power output is only 48 kW it can also do decent job as it is turbocharged diesel engine. And what are your thoughts about this car?

to be honest, there's another video made in the netherlands where they showed a renault kangoo with the same engine (1.5 dCi) and it had 741k kilometers, so it may be reliable but the way you keep it really makes the difference

@@tommyguidi0725 Could be, but still this is really rare situation. Obviously even not the best engines can go great milleages with proper maintaince, but still we have some statistics which can provide us the quality of the engines overtime 😁

@@tommyguidi0725 I mean, I dont drive it daily, since I bought this car just to fix it and sell it, but occasionaly I drive it and I kinda like it. You know, you cannot expect high quality interior etc. like in Mercedes S-class, but it will do its job. Spare parts are cheap and you can fix many things at home. If you are tall, its not a big deal, since driver has a lot of space while sitting. Overall its pretty nice car. I would reccomend the diesel engine, since it is turbocharged and has low fuel consumption. But as any other diesel its not for 2 km drive, but for longer trips 15 km plus. If you are willing to buy one, be sure to check its history and at least ask the owner what has to be done on that car and how often did he change the oil etc. If you really buy one, feel free to send me pics of it to my mail in the description 😁

@@LoveThatCar fortunately im 1.76mt so height wont be a problem, i was just looking because in a couple of months im turning 18 and i wanted more of a van instead of a simple car. Still evaluating the gasoline version because i have to alternate short and long trips. Still thanks for the informations and replies, u surely gained another subscriber today!

My feelings about this car: Considering the age of this car, I have to admit, that it's shape is satisfactory. It's not rusty, interior is not squeaky and overall it is nice little hatchback. It might be great especially for beginner drivers due to it's great handling and motor which is fuel efficient while also having some power.
