You should go with the EM1 master It eliminated the triangle shaped valve which is actually a delay in the clutch

Those three screws on top of the brake master cylinder usually pop off after a while

Make sure you also put a good amount of dielectric grease inside and especially on any contacts

Never replace non oem parts in honda especially the master cylinder, I replaced it with a cheaper choice and I ended up buying the original one after only 2 months and paid the mechanic twice.

So why not by pass the switch and install a hidden switch on the bike?

How do you remove the mechanical key?

I've watched all 6 videos that you did on this-- did this work after getting it all together? If you were to go back and fix this issue, is it the spring and/or switch? Adam, it's okay. I'm Carlos, I live in Brazil, I have a Concours 14, which burned the KIPASS module. I bought another kipass module on ebay, so I put the KDS3 scanner to configure the key fob, but the KDS3 system does not release the window for inclusion in the new key. Have you seen any problems like this? Would you help me? I thank Carlos

Hi Adam I found this interesting as i'm thinking of the Concours, did your fix sort out the fault for good , its seems to be a regular issue for some owners. Is it a problem on only earlier models etc? Thanks

I refitted ordinary screws make it easier next time! Mines on of the first 2008 models ,they sorted things out a bit in following years I beleive

Hi Adam ,glad I watched this gave me an insight into job before I started.just fixing mine today. Starter relay and main fuse melted, suspected ignition switch had shorted maybe due to water.I purchased another yoke and switch as you did. I've fitted what I think is the receiver from my old one to the new one .not refitted it yet but hope it works!Steve,
